The Workshop
I've been the parent who lost it at their kid.
I have yelled at my child when they needed reassurance. I have misunderstood what they needed and I have reacted out of fear of judgement and exhaustion rather than what was best for my child.
Not dramatically. Just ordinarily. Exasperated, short, dismissive. When these moments happened, I would immediately notice my child become small in themselves and I would regret it the moment the words left my mouth.
Being the best parent I could be drove me into understanding human behaviour, but here's something that took me a long time to truly understand:
Your children will find every single one of your unresolved places. Without fail. Without mercy.
Not because they're trying to get you. Because that's what love does. Because close relationships are mirrors, and your kids are the closest mirrors of all.
Those moments aren't random. They are signposts pointing directly at the parts of your own experience that haven't been integrated yet, or that still feel unacceptable, unlovable or unsafe.
Every trigger is an opportunity. Every activation is a breadcrumb leading somewhere important - back to you.

The pause before the reaction is where everything changes.

What We'll Cover
In two hours together, you'll learn how to turn any parenting activation into an opportunity for growth - yours and your child's.
How to pause the reaction and create just enough space to get curious instead of defensive. This alone changes everything.
How to trace what just happened back to its real source - so you stop taking it out on your kids and start doing the work that actually matters.
How to come back after a hard moment in a way that doesn't just patch things over but actually deepens trust - and teaches your children something profound about relationships in the process.

What You'll Walk Away With
A practical framework you can use the next time your child pushes your buttons - not to become a perfect parent (that's not a thing and the pressure around it is genuinely damaging), but to become a conscious one.
One who can meet their child's challenges, upsets and big emotions without losing the plot. One who can say "I got that wrong, I'm sorry, here's what was actually going on for me" - and mean it.
And in doing that work? You'll find yourself healing things you've been carrying for a long time.
Repair is one of the most powerful things you can offer a child.
It teaches them that relationships survive difficulty. That love doesn't disappear when things get hard. That honesty is possible even when it's uncomfortable.
This is one of the most loving things you can do for your children: do your own work.
Everyday parents who want more than just coping strategies. Who want to understand what's actually happening - and use it to grow.
Normally $97 — Birthday offer price
