The Unravelling is a three-day immersive retreat held on the wild, beautiful coast of Peppermint Grove Beach, Western Australia. It is not a course. It is not a seminar. It is a container for the kind of transformation that only happens when you step fully out of your ordinary life and into something that asks more of you.
Through guided processes, somatic practices, and the quiet power of being held by the ocean, you will meet the parts of yourself that have been waiting for permission to be seen. What unravels is what was never truly you to begin with.
This is also a time to fully disconnect. Devices are set aside for the duration of the retreat, creating the rare and precious conditions for genuine presence. Held at the close of November, The Unravelling is a natural moment to reflect on the year, close out 2025 with intention, and step into what comes next with clarity and gratitude.
